Full membership:
- May participate in all the activities of the Club.
- Must marshal at the clubs own annual events.
- Two pool swimming sessions per week.
- One lake swimming session per week from May through to August.
- Annual membership of Seeds Cycling Club.
- One turbo (cycling) session per week from December through to March.
- Shall receive a free entry to one of the club's Duathlons.
- Shall receive subsidised entry to certain races chosen by the Committee
annually. (for 2009 £10 towards entry to Southwater Relays)
Associate membership:- those who have
paid the annual membership fee.
- Shall be allowed to enter triathlons under the White Oak name.
- May participate in social activities of the Club.
- May train on a pay per session arrangement.
Special Membership
- Application for special membership arrangements can be made to the
committee.
