Categories of Membership

Full membership: - those who have paid the annual membership fee and at least 12 months training fees.

• May participate in all the activities of the Club.
• Shall receive subsidised entry to certain races chosen by the Committee annually.
• Must marshal at the clubs own annual events.

Family membership: - those couples who have paid two annual membership fees and at least 12 months training fees.

• For couples who wouldn't normally attend paid training sessions together.
• Both may participate in all the activities of the Club.
• Shall receive one subsidised entry per race per membership to those races chosen by the Committee annually.
• One member from the couple must marshal at the clubs own annual events.

Part membership: - those who have paid the annual membership fee but less than 12 months continuous training fees.

• May participate in all the activities of the Club.

Associate membership:- those who have paid the annual membership fee.

• Shall be allowed to enter triathlons under the White Oak name.
• May participate in social activities of the Club.
• May train on a pay per session arrangement.
  

Guest / Visitor Membership: - those who visit infrequently and pay per session.

• May visit not more than twice in any year.

Special Memberships

• Application for special membership arrangements can be made to the committee.
